Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your device.
Does rotating reduce the quality?
No. Rotation is stored as an instruction in the PDF, so text and images are not redrawn.
Can I undo a deleted page?
Until you save, press Start over to bring the original back. Your original file on your device is never modified.
