Your files
Every Dozo tool (merge, compress, split, sign, organize, images to PDF, invoices) runs in your browser. The files you choose are read and changed on your device and are never sent to Dozo or anyone else. Closing the tab erases them.
If you tick “Remember my details” on the invoice generator, your details and logo are kept in your own browser’s storage, nowhere else. “Forget my details” removes them.
Visit statistics
Dozo counts visits with its own cookie-free analytics, served from analytics.dozokit.com. For each visit it stores the page, the referring site, the country and city derived from the IP address (the address itself is not stored), the browser, the operating system, the device type and the language, and whether a file was downloaded (never its name or content). A random visitor id is kept in your browser’s local storage for 13 months at most. Visits are deleted after 25 months. Add ?tally_ignore=1 to any Dozo address to stop being counted in that browser.
Dozo in ChatGPT
When you use the Dozo app in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends Dozo’s server the details it fills in for your request, such as the names, lines and amounts of an invoice. The server returns a preview and a link and keeps nothing: it writes no logs and stores no data. Those details are also handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy.
The link opens dozokit.com with the invoice in the part of the address after “#”, which browsers never send to a server. You check the invoice there, and the PDF is made on your device. Dozo never receives a file from ChatGPT.
Who runs Dozo
Dozo is published by Ludo Courbin, an individual in France. The site and the app run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the pages.
Your rights
