Before you write
Say which tool you used, your browser, and what happened. Please don’t attach the file itself if it is private: Dozo never needs your documents to help.
Using Dozo in ChatGPT
Ask ChatGPT to make an invoice with Dozo, or to merge, compress, split, sign or organize PDFs. For an invoice, the app shows a preview; “Check and download” opens dozokit.com with the invoice filled in, where you check it and download the PDF. For PDF tools, the app opens the tool on dozokit.com, where you pick your files. Files you attach to the chat itself cannot be used by Dozo.
Common questions
Nothing downloads: press the Download button yourself; some browsers block downloads that start on their own. A PDF won’t open: it may be protected by a password; unlock it first. Large files are slow: everything runs on your device, so an older phone takes longer.
