The service
Dozo offers free tools to work on PDF files and to make invoices, on dozokit.com and as an app in ChatGPT. There is no account, no paid plan and no advertising.
Using Dozo
You may use Dozo for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the files you open and the documents you make with it, including having the right to sign, change or send them.
Invoices
The invoice generator lays out a PDF invoice from what you enter. It is not tax or legal advice, and it is not an electronic invoice under the French 2026–2027 e-invoicing reform. Check that your invoices carry the information your country requires.
Signatures
Sign PDF adds a simple electronic signature, an image of your signature on the document. It is not a qualified or certified signature; some contracts require one from a dedicated service.
No warranty
Dozo is provided as is, without warranty. Keep a copy of your original files: Dozo never changes them, but a tool can fail or give an unexpected result. To the extent the law allows, Dozo is not liable for any loss resulting from its use.
