A free Framer alternative for small business sites
Framer is a design tool for people who like to place every pixel, with AI help on paid plans. Dozokit Sites hands the design to Claude and keeps the result simple: a fast site for a business, with your own domain, free.
| Framer | Dozokit Sites | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free plan, then Basic $10 a month and Pro $30 a month. | Free and open source. As many sites as you want, free, from one install. They share Cloudflare’s free plan: 100,000 requests a day. |
| The AI | AI credits: 500 to try on Free, 1,000 a month on Basic, 3,000 on Pro. | Claude, on your own Claude plan (the Free plan included). Dozokit Sites itself calls no AI. |
| Your own domain | Needs a paid plan; the Free plan uses a Framer domain. | Yes, free to connect. The domain itself costs what your registrar charges. |
| Where it runs | Framer’s service. Free plan: 1 GB of bandwidth. | In your own Cloudflare account. Download any site as plain files. |
What Framer does that Dozokit Sites doesn’t
Full control of the design on a canvas, animations, a CMS for large sites, translation with AI as an add-on, and team editing.
Which one to use
